Dobson Roofing has been a very easy business to deal with. Communication is excellent, and all our queries were quickly answered. The price quoted was very reasonable, and accepted. The whole process has been very professionally carried out, and we are delighted with the end result and the price. Ross and Grant, the roofers, were excellent and very professional. We employed Dobson roofing to re-roof a flat roof area on a community centre in Sheffield 17 - following a water leak into the building. This was the second time we have used them - previously to make good a pitched roof area following a lead theft. Used Dobsons for a complete reroof of a large victorian house. Agreed start and duration along with quote and everything went as agreed. The workers on site were friendly, helpful, considerate and very tidy. We had minimal mess and minimal disruption to our household. Excellent Roofing company, their work exemplary, I recommend them wholeheartedly. Rikki and Christine were so professional and helpful and very approachable, reassuring me of any concerns throughout. The absolute stars are Ross and Grant, they could not have been more warm and friendly, professional and respectful, my previous experience of building work was not a pleasant one and so I was quite anxious when work on my roof began, they went above and beyond to ensure that my anxieties were allayed, their work ethic and attention to detail was impeccable, it was a pleasure to meet them, and the proof of there exceptional work was in the final result. Dobsons communicated well from first enquiry to job completion. They worked consistently well; often in cold, wet, and even hot conditions. Dobson carried out a full roof replacement for us including slates, insulation, valleys, chimney repairs and maintenance. They also did some stonework painting whilst the scaffolding was up. The work was carried out by two members of the family business who were faultless in their timekeeping and quality of work, which was carried out in exactly the forecast time-scale.
